In every aspect of your life!

What kind of husband do you want to be? How can you be that man?

Do you prioritize keeping your marriage strong, and proactively strategize how you can continually improve as a husband?

"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails." (1 Cor. 13:4-8)

"Submit to one another out of reverence for Christ." (Ephesians 5:21)

Spontaneously bring flowers for your wife.

Speak the truth in love.

What example are you role modeling for your children by how you carry yourself in your day-to-day life?

What are you making your top priorities? What if your kids were asked that question about you?

"Fathers, do not exasperate your children; instead, bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord." (Ephesians 6:4)

"Choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve. But as for me and my household, we will serve the LORD." (Joshua 24:15)

"I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth." (3 John 1:4)

What are your career goals? How about your goals for this next month?

What time management

system do you utilize to help you stay balanced/on-track in your professional, and personal, life?

"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men." (Colossians 3:23)

"The sluggard craves and gets nothing, but the desires of the diligent are fully satisfied." (Proverbs 13:4)

"Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and your plans will succeed." (Proverbs 16:3)

In what areas has God provided you opportunities to lead? How are you answering that call?

What leadership gifts have you been blessed with? How are you continually refining/improving them?

"From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked." (Luke 12:48)

"Whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first must be your slave -- just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many." (Matthew 20:26-28)

Spend the evening with your children without looking at your phone.

Display empathy by metaphorically "walking a mile" in the shoes of colleagues and clients.

Do for others rather than worrying about what's in it for you. Listen more, talk less.
