Why is this important for you?
For all sad words of tongue and pen,
The saddest are these,
"It might have been."
(John Greenleaf Whittier)
Don't drift aimlessly through life only to let your story be
"what might have been..."
I can help you navigate through the challenges of life,
to reach a place where you prosper and thrive for the glory of God!
I understand the challenges of young adult life, as I have very recently walked that path myself. I've experienced my own difficulties, and have seen friends struggle through that chapter of life. I know how life altering the decisions made during those years can be, and I have seen some that I care about get off track in their journey.
I have felt God reminding me, through my sister's cancer diagnosis and call home to heaven a year later at the age of 35, that tomorrow is not guaranteed to any of us, and even though we are young we cannot drift through life assuming that we have tons of time to eventually pull things together.
By God's grace, I have also found the way to live life "to the full" (John 10:10) -- and it revolves around turning things over to God, and trusting His will for our lives. There is a special peace, one that transcends all understanding (Philippians 4:7), when we can live a life of faith dependent on God, not simply by adding Him to our journey (addition) but rather fully turning our journey over to seeking/following His plans (submission).
I have spent 15+ years working with young adults, and am "all in" with wanting to help people in that stage navigate through the challenges of life, to reach a place where they can prosper and thrive for the glory of God!
I don't want to see any more lives go off track. I want to see young adults thriving in their careers, their marriages, as parents, in their faith walk, and as leaders in their church and community. Ultimately, I want to see more brothers and sisters in Christ in heaven when we get called to be with the Lord in our eternal home!
Finally, in addition to all of the "whys" that I have referenced above, I actually do not have a choice to either serve in this capacity or not. This is a calling that the Lord has clearly put on my heart, and even if I don't always understand how/why to pursue paths that the Lord presents to me, I know that I must follow where He calls/leads. He has me serving in this capacity for His purposes, just as He has you right where He needs you at this moment as well, with great plans for your future (Jeremiah 29:11). Together we walk by faith, not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7). It would be an honor and a blessing to get to come alongside you, and to support you on your life journey!
What are you waiting for?!!
Let's get started today!!!
